Our Trattoria is a love letter to Italy — past, present, and future. Think handmade pasta, slow-cooked sauces, and seasonal produce served in a space where design meets soul. Inspired by “nonna-style” cooking but reimagined for today, our menu is generous, shareable, and deeply satisfying.
At the helm is chef Lorenzo Romani and his young, passionate team — a group shaped in some of the world’s top restaurants in Paris, Milan, and Rome, including a San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best.
