Chef Cristian Moreschi reinterprets tradition with creativity, transforming carefully selected ingredients into refined and surprising dishes. His cuisine celebrates the flavors of Ticino and Italy, combining high-quality raw materials with well-balanced pairings. Inspired by a solid classical foundation in French cuisine, his approach blends seasonality, culinary heritage, and innovation. The gastronomic offering is built around seasonality, local territory, and ongoing research—epitomized by the truffle festival held in October and November. The experience is further enhanced by an exceptional wine cellar, featuring both prestigious international labels and small artisanal productions.

Among the highlights is the Villa Principe Leopoldo Wine: a limited production of 1,300 bottles and 100 Magnums per year, based on Merlot with varying additions of Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the zero-kilometer vineyard of the Park Hotel Principe.
