The historic Grom farm and dairy in Bidogno.

The farm is based mainly on the rearing of cows, goats and pigs.

One of the first organic farms in Ticino, here the fodder for the animals is produced solely in the pastures of the parish and their cows and goats go out to eat grass as soon as the weather permits. The dairy processes the milk to produce excellent dairy products, both mature and fresh, bearing the prized Gemma organic recognition.

You can buy cheese, soft cheeses, formaggella, büscion, herb büscion and ricotta.
